I started my career in direct marketing helping brands tell the long version of their story. Then I moved to digital, where I told the same story in three words or less. Finally I ended up at an integrated shop, where I realized that telling a story just wasn’t enough.
To truly inspire customers you have to engage them in their channels and in their language. You have show them how your brand align with their beliefs, their dreams and their lifestyle. Because at the end of the day, what consumers really want is a product that works for how they live and a brand that adds real value to their life.
